Snail

The head is slightly raised, the gaze directed above itself – slow,

detached.

A third eye grows from the right ear, looking into the distance. The left

emits star-tipped branches – like signals of movement.

The right arm splits into two thin limbs, the left is crumpled under

the chest: partly covered with scaly skin, the palm – a shell with

small thorns.

Above the head, the back bends in a semicircle, forming a small

hump.

In the center of the body – a large rough circle of carapace.

From it, limbs diverge: one rises spirally upwards,

the other two are directed downwards in different directions – between leg and arm, between

a step and a touch.

This is a creature of movement without haste,

where the body is a trajectory,

and the carapace is memory.
