The creature bows not with its body – but with its hearing.
Its ears have become heads, its multiplicity gathered
from branches, from what was meant to be the periphery. Three faces hold each
other above the silence, connected by a broken line
of tension. Hands folded beneath the body, like shells that
preserve not sound, but the memory of it.
This is a figure in which inclination is not a gesture, but a form
of existence.
