“A floral neck, an eye in the palm, and a body in bloom”

he face emerges from the very center of the canvas, as though its presence precedes everything that has yet to grow. Stems wind around the neck, while broad, multicoloured petals gently touch the face behind the ears, unfolding into arms that descend from above like the leaves of an unknown flower. In the left palm, devoid of fingers, an eye opens - an independent organ of vision, displaced beyond the boundaries of the face. The right arm retains its dark blue and brown halves, as though two different depths had met within it. The body rests upon an outstretched arm, which becomes its foundation, its support, and at the same time the beginning of new growth: from the hand, textured strands, stems, and leaves extend in every direction. Here, the body does not simply blossom - it reinvents itself, transforming its own support into roots, and a gesture into a way of being.
